Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line network support across enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot issues across routing, switching, and connectivity.
- Support and maintain networks using BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
- Implement network changes and assist with maintenance activities.
- Monitor network performance and respond to incidents.
- Escalate complex issues where required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.
Skills / Must Have:
- Experience in a network support role (1st or 2nd line).
- Solid understanding of routing and switching fundamentals.
- Exposure to or knowledge of BGP and OSPF.
- CCNA or JNCIA level (certified or working towards).
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn.
Desirable Skills:
- Firewall experience.
- VoIP knowledge or exposure.
- Experience working in MSP or service provider environments.
Working Setup:

- Optional exposure to firewalls and VoIP systems
Location & Working Pattern:
- Fully remote role (UK-based)
