Are you an Operations Director looking for a role with scope to grow into a CEO?
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Operations Director who is able to join a business to take control of all operations across their FTTx delivery projects.
Within this role, you will take ownership of the proposal, contract and delivery of rollout projects. With a hands-on approach, you will be expected to drive the business forward, ensuring quality & accuracy across company operations.
This role also offers scope for you to grow into a CEO position! By showing capability within the role, this could be done in as little as 1 year's time.

Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for all company operations
- Ownership of client & customer contracts
- Overseeing all quality & proposals across fixed-price & turnkey projects
- Commercial reporting across all deliverables
- Responsible for all overarching proposal calculations
Experience & Skills
- Background within FTTx
- Senior leadership experience
- Operations management - hands-on approach
- Commercial acumen
- Native German & fluent English
Salary Details
- Up to €150,000 basic salary
