We are currently recruiting for a Operations Service Manager to join an established telecoms company in central London.

  • Overseeing the direction of the commissioning team on the project ensuring that the client’s requirements are met
  • Reviewing daily progress and producing progress reports 
  • Improving processes and reporting under the direction of the Head of Projects or Operations Director to allow the opportunity for efficiencies to exist

Skills/Must have:

  • Experience delivering Wi-Fi, audio, emergency phone and CCTV systems 
  • Act as a point of contact for clients when network faults arise
  • A background in telecommunications is desirable
