Responsibilities

• Lead and manage microtrenching field crews 
• Own daily production targets and drive crew efficiency 
• Manage project sequencing, crew scheduling, and day-to-day operational decision making
• Hold crews accountable to quality, safety, and productivity standards
• Liaise with senior leadership and QC, reporting on project progress and flagging issues proactively
• Support business development and operational scaling as the Arizona portfolio grows

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Proven OSP experience with direct exposure to microtrenching 
• A track record of leading and motivating field crews in a fiber or civil construction environment
• Strong understanding of production sequencing and the operational demands of high-volume trench-based deployment
• Valid and Clean driving license
