We are partnered with a Telecommunications Provider with a long and lustrous history spanning 110 years!
With no signs of slowing down, they have over 11 developments currently in the works with a growing market in suburban Oklahoma. and have acquired many more contracts and have growth plans for a stable work environment.
With their continued growth they are now looking for an OSP Director to join their leadership team. You will report directly to the CEO as head of the engineering department.
To be considered you should have at least 8-10 years of experience in engineering backed up with a degree, if you have a P.E certification then that puts you ahead of the curve!

Responsibilities:
- Project management of OSP Plant
- Deployment of both small & large projects
- Reviewing the entire fiber plan
- Client coordination
Skills/Must have:
- OSP design engineering
- Management of projects within the OSP realm
- Preferably a degree in engineering
- Able to do big-picture design
- Potential P.E Degree
- Have worked with a diversity of projects
- Large network planning
- Permitting & pole experience
Salary:
$On application and negotiable and depending on experience
