Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple make-ready projects simultaneously from bid stage through to close-out
- Oversee the full make-ready process. Pole surveys, engineering packages, permitting, remedial work, and attachment coordination
- Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and materials for efficient crew deployment
- Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact, providing regular project updates and reporting back to operators throughout
- Review Daily Performance Reports and take corrective action to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Attend bid walks, support LOE compilation for bids and change orders, and liaise with the estimating team
- Ensure all safety protocols and site procedures are upheld across active projects
Skills/Must have:
- Several years of ISP/OSP telecommunications experience
- Proven, hands-on OSP make-ready project management background
- Strong understanding of the make-ready process including pole loading, attachment sequencing, and working within the telecom space on utility poles
- Experience working within or alongside the power and telecom sectors on pole infrastructure
- Ability to read blueprints, specs, and scopes of work
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency; Visio, CAD, Google Earth, or Katapult a plus
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA 30 Construction certification preferred
