Hamilton Barnes is representing a leading British multinational retailer company who are looking to hire a Product Manager to help drive the introduction of a new contact centre platform.
Join our clients team as a Product Manager/Owner for a 6-month contract with a leading UK retailer based in London. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in retail and extensive experience as a product owner/manager. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, define product roadmaps, and drive process improvements to enhance business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current business processes and outcomes, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs and objectives.
- Liaise with customers to define short and long-term product roadmaps for the program.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Work with third-party partners to ensure that all platform designs align with desired contact center outcomes.
- Develop detailed business and functional documentation, including process flows, colleague journey maps, and functional designs.
Skills/Must have:
- 5 years+ experience as a product owner/manager.
- Retail experience is a must.
- Nice to have Agile/DevOps knowledge.
Salary:
- £425 per day
