Responsibilities
- Monitoring the Juniper-based WAN infrastructure for a range of international clients based in the US, UK and across Europe
- Troubleshooting and maintaining Fortinet Security throughout customer networks
Experience & Skills
- CCNA/CCNP certificates
- CCNA/CCNP Level knowledge of WAN/LAN Networking
- Experience with maintaining & troubleshooting LAN Networks
- Customer facing helpdesk and ticketing experience
- Fortinet Firewall Monitoring
- Work on a combination of monitoring tasks alongside project based deployments and migrations
Salary Details
- €3,000-€5,000 gross per month
- Permanent contract
- 27 days holiday
- €6,000 per year study budget
