As a Project Coordinator, this role is crucial in providing essential support to the Cabling project team, ensuring smooth project execution and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Collaboration and Documentation Management:
  • Collaborate with the Project Delivery Team to streamline document preparation, development, and client approval processes.
  • Manage project documents such as drawings, manuals, purchase orders, and handover documentation.
  • Efficient Project Initiation and Resource Allocation:
  • Utilize project initiation checklist to identify project needs and allocate team members effectively.
  • Manage action items and explore alternative resourcing options if needed.
  • Perform tasks such as interpreting project information, completing templates, and providing regular updates on task status.
  • Program/Project Files/Data Compilation and Maintenance Support:
  • Organize project folders within MS365 for easy accessibility.
  • Gather and maintain program/project data and records.
  • Prepare comprehensive manuals and documentation for client delivery.
  • Develop and evaluate Operation and Maintenance Manuals (OMM) to meet client needs.
  • Manage Outlook calendars for project meetings.
  • Develop templates for task assignment and communication within the team.
  • Cultivating Positive Stakeholder Relationships:
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and timelines.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Seek feedback for process improvement and optimization of project phases.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a construction project environment, including risk management, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Administrative skills including minute-taking and meeting coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • NV1 Government Security Clearance is desirable.
