Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage field personnel performance, ensuring high standards and productivity.
  • Plan and execute projects, including material, labor, permitting, and completion.
  • Handle client communication, sign-offs, and project debrief meetings.
  • Oversee project scheduling and reporting, maintaining budget and profitability goals.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
  • Occasionally move up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Use of appropriate PPE as required.
  • Exposure to various working conditions inside and outside.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of related Project Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5+ years of related industry experience is preferred.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Current, valid driver’s license and the ability to travel.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
