They are looking for a PMO professional to track, report, and control projects, working closely with Construction Managers to ensure schedules stay tight and budgets remain on target. Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the project schedule across active construction programmes.
• Maintain and develop CRM tools, keeping project data accurate and up to date across all workstreams
• Build, monitor, and report on KPIs across project delivery, crew performance, and cost management
• Work closely with Construction Managers and field teams 
• Support budget management, cost tracking, and financial forecasting across active projects
• Serve as a central point of communication between the office and field teams, identifying and resolving operational blockers

Skills & Must haves:

• Background in telecoms, fiber, utilities, or construction 
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and project scheduling
• Comfortable building and owning KPI reporting and performance metrics
• Willingness to be out in the field
• Budget management experience

Salary:
