Projects & Service Delivery Manager - MSP

Do you want to work with an Australian-based MSP who specialises in Wireless, Cyber Security and Networking?

We are partnered with a client who works with some of the biggest names in the Education, Corporate and Government industries. They are going through a growth phase and are on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager to primarily drive process improvements, oversee the Service Desk Function, and help drive engineering projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Focus on Process Improvement 
• Planning and Coordination of Service Desk
• Ensure Engineering team is working towards the agreed SLA’s. 
• Coordinating, scheduling, monitoring, and analysing company resources.  
• Project Scoping and Planning 
• Experience working in a Network Engineering MSP environment is preferable. 
• ITIL Certified. 

Benefits:

• Location: Queensland (Hybrid). Out of state applications will also be considered.

Salary:

• Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
