Responsibilities

Experience & Skills 

  • Fluent in both professional-level English and German, enabling you to communicate effectively in a diverse, international environment
  • Embrace travel within the UK and Europe, as the role involves client site visits
  • A wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of their RF products or their equivalent in RF systems
  • A background that includes the design, deployment, and installation of PMR products (such as Analogue, DMR, LTE, or TETRA) for either public safety or commercial users
  • Proven technical support experience in a commercial/B2B environment, ideally within a high-tech product development organization with extensive sales partner interactions
  • A specialist diploma or degree in an electronic engineering discipline or a wealth of equivalent hands-on experience
  • A solid grasp of the fundamental principles of RF and a working knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., TCP)
  • Familiarity with DMR protocols, encompassing air interfaces and TDMA 2 slot applications for Tier I, II, and III, as well as TETRA 4 slot
  • Exceptional analytical skills, paired with a consistent and methodical approach, empower you to identify trends and address common issues
  • A deep understanding of RF analogue and digital Tier III systems and terminals, setting you apart in the field
  • Prior experience with ticketing systems, such as ZenDesk or equivalent, is a valuable asset


Salary Details 

  • Up to €80,000 basic per annum
  • Potential for company vehicle,
  • Up to 20% discretionary bonus
