SailPoint Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Retail

As a SailPoint SME, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions using SailPoint. 

Responsibilities:

• Creating and correlating users, roles, and access profiles in SailPoint.
• Monitoring sources and connections for errors and issues, troubleshooting, and escalating faults or issues when required.
• Designing SailPoint processes and workflows and documenting setups and changes made to the SailPoint system or processes.
• Advising and assisting IAM BAU and implementation teams with day-to-day IAM issues and activities.
• Contributing to meetings around IAM with technology and business project teams.
• Making propositions for improvements and providing a long-term view for solutions, considering the client’s business journey.

Sklls/Must Have:

• Expertise in IAM (IGA, IDAM) solutions.
• Technical and functional knowledge of SailPoint.
• Security/IAM domain solution design skills.
• Clear understanding and ability to communicate industry-standard security principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint.
• Hands-on and consultative IAM experience.
• IAM solution design experience.

Salary:

• £70,000 - £80,000 base salary
