Responsibilities:

  • Technical Excellence: Elevate customer engagement through expert FTTx consultation and impactful presentations.
  • Solution Pioneer: Co-create tailored solutions with the product management team, showcasing the pinnacle of broadband technology.
  • Sales Support Maestro: Assist the sales team in navigating technical aspects, ensuring seamless processes from initiation to deployment.

Skills & Experience:

  • FTTX competency - focus is on the home to the middle of the network.
  • Support technical teams via call, email. 
  • Dealt with escalations from an account management perspective. 

Salary: 

  • Competitive salary up to £70,000
