Are you an experienced Satellite Communications Engineer ready to take on an exciting challenge? Join our client, a leading technology solutions provider with a strong focus on innovation and excellence.
You will be joining an International is globally recognised technology and engineering services company committed to delivering critical and complex support across various industries.
Responsibilities: As a Satellite Communications Engineer, you will be a key player in upgrading RF and IF Systems, including the specification and delivery of large satellite terminals. Your role will involve:
- Designing Radio and Intermediate Frequency systems architecture.
- Specifying system elements.
- Overseeing the purchase and installation of equipment.
- System Test and Commissioning.
- Supporting the new service design process.
- Specifying, purchasing, and testing VSAT terminals to support the delivery of new services.
Skills & experience:
- Proven track record in working in an RF Satellite environment.
- Previous experience with a satellite network operator.
- Current knowledge of RF and IF architecture and best design practices.
- Experience in the specification and delivery of large (9m) satellite terminals.
- Satellite network system design experience.
- Security Clearance - SC Cleared (Minimum).
Duration: 6 Months
Determination: Inside IR35
Day Rate: £650PD - £700PD
