We are partnered with an IT Service Provider that is at the forefront of driving technological excellence, and their Automation Development Services team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of their Platform as a Service (PaaS) platform.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join their team and contribute to the enhancement of Agile methodologies, team communication, and collaboration.
As a Scrum Master within the Automation Development Services team, you will be a key player in ensuring the success of their Agile projects. This role is tailored for a seasoned professional with extensive Scrum Master experience, coupled with a solid grasp of DevOps practices. Additionally, this position presents a unique opportunity for a Junior DevOps/Platform Engineer looking to take on a hybrid role that combines Scrum Master responsibilities with hands-on technical automation tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Execute Sprint planning, review, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Organize and prioritize projects based on technical importance to maintain a high-performing Automation team.
- Manage concurrent Agile project delivery and provide live service support.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to establish clear product planning throughout Sprints.
Skills/Must-Haves:
- Extensive Scrum Master experience for multiple teams.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices with a technical background.
- Wide understanding of planning and project management tools within Agile contexts.
- Experience with SDLC tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CICD, etc.
- Accomplished in managing delivery across multiple teams, locations, and complex dependencies, utilizing metrics to measure team output.
