SD-WAN Specialist - Network Services

• You'll serve as a central point of contact for Network activities, establishing yourself as a key player in network operations.
• Facilitate seamless Global Network Services by connecting different IT areas and stakeholders, showcasing your skills in collaboration and communication.
• Lead key global network initiatives, driving operational excellence and contributing to the company's ongoing success.

This position offers a competitive salary of €55,000, along with a 10% bonus, pension, life insurance, maternity & paternity leave, and participation in the Bike to Work Scheme. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working with 2/3 days a week in Madrid.

Responsibilities 

• Serve as a central point of contact for Network activities
• Facilitate seamless Global Network Services by connecting different IT areas and stakeholders
• Lead key global network initiatives and drive onboarding into operations
• Collaborate with Integration and Engineering teams to identify and manage issues from vendors and third-party providers
• Manage Critical Network Incident Management at Level 3
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to identify plans, issues, and achievements
• Drive incident resolution with third parties when needed to meet service SLA targets
• Provide support for Change Management and Problem Management

Experience & Skills 

• SD-WAN experience 
• 3rd Line Network Support experience (ideally someone more senior) 
• Nice to have - CCNP or equivalent
