Our client is in search of a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager specializing in Microsoft-based solutions to nurture and expand client relationships while driving revenue growth. This role will specifically focus on managing and growing existing accounts, leveraging expertise in Microsoft's technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor in Microsoft technologies.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored Microsoft-based solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute customer roadmaps in collaboration with clients, guiding them on strategic adoption and evolution of Microsoft technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality Microsoft-based solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional Microsoft-based services or products based on client needs.
  • Actively participate in account planning and strategising to maximize client satisfaction and retention in the realm of Microsoft technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in an Account Management role within the technology sector, with a focus on Microsoft's technologies
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets in the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and their application within client environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive revenue growth in the context of Microsoft solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless Microsoft-based solutions to clients.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience selling Networking, or Security-based solutions in addition to Microsoft solutions.
