Responsibilities: 

• Be a Client Hero: Provide exceptional technical support to our service contract customers.
• Lead the Team: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Master of All Trades: Perform a variety of tasks, from scheduled service visits to troubleshooting breakdowns.

You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in AV service and field work (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of AV equipment and Crestron systems a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to ensure client satisfaction.
• A valid driver's license.
