Senior AV Service Engineer - IT and UC Solution Provider

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior AV Service Engineer to join an IT and UC Solution Provider. As a Senior AV Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional audiovisual support to clients, with a strong focus on customer service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to service appointments provided by the Service Desk, and independently travel to client sites in London and the South East.
• Execute maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on AV systems, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
• Utilize your expertise in Crestron, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, AudioDSP, and related tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with the Service Desk and other team members to provide timely and effective solutions.
• Perform network support tasks, including the use of Wireshark, to ensure seamless integration of AV systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience in AV service engineering, with a focus on Crestron, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, and AudioDSP technologies.
• Proficiency in network support, including the use of Wireshark.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience with AV installation engineering is beneficial.
• Willingness to occasionally transition to onsite technical engineering tasks.

Salary:

•  £40,000 - £45,000
