Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual who can support the team to build strong relationships with landlords and help accelerate the number of premises and properties where fibre can be built to. 

Our client has bold growth plans with a large focus on their business audience. This shift in focus has resulted in the need for a Senior Client Partnerships Manager to help drive further growth in their fibre delivery to buildings and portfolios across London.


  • Proactively identify the freeholders of buildings within your territory
  • Implement and help develop sales and process strategies for wayleave negotiation
  • Engage freeholders to agree full-building wayleave 
  • Pitch the product as the preferred fibre connectivity to the building
  • Negotiate wayleaves, fees, T’s & C’s and timeframes 
  • Close wayleave agreements and progress through to fibre installation

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience growing and retaining client accounts across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Sales process management, from qualification, propose, negotiate and close
  • Understanding of qualifying client requirements and goal setting
  • Highly organised and disciplined
  • Telecoms experience is desirable
