Senior Network Engineer - Electronics

We are working with a global leading technical distributor that specialises in supplying electronic components, technical assistance and supply chain solutions. Their specialism in the technology supply chain enables them to create, produce, provide, and deliver solutions for customers of all scales across the globe. They have a huge presence across the EMEA region and we are supporting their German team build out their networking team

We are looking to add a Senior Network Engineer to a motivated team at a Global Technology Provider. They are building a state of the art distribution center with automated systems that rely heavily on a fully functioning network.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage network components for LAN/WAN/WLAN across 160 sites, including 3 distribution centers
• Oversee, monitor, and document network operations, covering router and switching systems, firewalls, and VPN.
• Proactively identify and address disruptions, establish worldwide processes for network and security support, and contribute to creating a unified and efficient network infrastructure.

Skills/Must have:

• Network Support Experience (Configurations, Troubleshooting, Maintenance)
• Cisco Routing & Switching
• Firewalling Knowledge (Cisco or Palo Alto)
• WLAN Knowledge

Salary: 

• €60,000-70,000 salary per annum
