Senior Project Manager - IT service provider

We are workgin with an IT Service Provider that is now looking to expand their team with a Senior Project Manager.  You will be part of the Strategic Projects Group, where you'll lead diverse projects, managing their entire life cycle from inception to closure. Projects may involve the implementation of third-party software, the development of new capabilities, market entry, or the opening of operational centers for clients.

We are seeking a dynamic professional comfortable working independently and collaborating across locations and time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to large, complex projects with multiple workstreams, including external vendors.
• Own the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring post-implementation support.
• Define project objectives, scope, timeline, budget, and key deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and own the project plan, milestones, and timelines.
• Identify, capture, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions.

Skills/Must have:

• 6+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Self-motivated, organized, and skilled at coordinating efforts across multiple teams and time zones.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and build strong relationships.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, issue, risk, resource, and dependency management.
• Fluency in English.

• £60k basic
