Senior ServiceNow Administrator - IT Services and Solutions Provider

We are partnered with a company that provides IT services and solutions. Established in 1993, they specialise in offering various technology services, including IT infrastructure, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services.

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to lead our client's team in optimising and maintaining our client's ServiceNow platform, driving efficiency and innovation across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the optimization of ServiceNow platform, leveraging advanced numerical analysis skills for strategic insights.
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity, honesty, and proactive problem-solving, setting the standard for the team.
• Spearhead customization and enhancement projects using JavaScript, AngularJS, and advanced database design principles.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in testing and analysis.
• Oversee the administration of core ServiceNow functionalities, including complex customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement agile development methodologies and project management techniques to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in report writing, numerical analysis, and pivot tabling within the ServiceNow environment.
• Demonstrated track record of integrity, honesty, and proactive problem-solving at a senior level.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and advanced database design principles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.
• Expertise in administering core ServiceNow functionalities and implementing complex customizations.
• In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management techniques.
