We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in React JS to join a dynamic team on a 6-month contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with a major British multinational retailer, contributing to the development and enhancement of their digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance standard frameworks and policies to ensure scalability and maintainability of digital products.
- Drive DevOps practices to automate the Product development life cycle, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Design and UX teams to implement user-centric solutions.
- Utilize significant experience with single page applications using React JS to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Skills/Must have:
- Extensive experience in developing single-page applications using React JS.
- Proficiency in CSS/SASS with a keen eye for design and user experience.
- Familiarity with NodeJS and Express for backend development.
- Demonstrable experience collaborating with Design and UX teams.
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks and libraries such as Mocha, Chai, or Webdriver.io.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Salary:
- £450 per day
