  1. You'll leverage your expertise in MSP with a minimum of 2 years' experience, showcasing your in-depth understanding of the demands of this industry.
  2. You'll dive into a role with a focus on Active Directory Configuration and Support, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Windows, and Windows Server Support, backed by a minimum of 5 years' experience in each.
  3. You'll contribute to the success of the team with your extensive knowledge and experience in Cisco Switching/VLAN/Routing/Firewalling Support, Server Hardware Technologies, Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, and VPN Connectivity Support.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000, reflecting your high skill level and multiple certifications. Responsibilities:

  • You'll handle Datacenter Technologies, demonstrating a working knowledge of SQL Clustering, Enterprise Backup Systems, High Availability load balancing solutions, Hyper-V, VMware, and Exchange Clustering.
  • You'll manage Network Infrastructure, with a solid understanding of TCP/IP subnetting, VPN Tunnelling support and configuration, routers and firewalls, DNS services, and High Availability/Load Balancing solutions.
  • You'll oversee Server Administration and Maintenance, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, file/print/remote access services, and basic administration tasks.
  • You'll be responsible for O365 Administration and Exchange Server, handling installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and extreme administration of enterprise e-mail applications.


Skills & Experience:

  • Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of high-level, senior experience 
  • Minimum 2 years of MSP experience
  • 5+ years’ experience - Active Directory Configuration and Support, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Windows and Windows Server Support, O365 Support 
  • 5+ years’ experience - Cisco Switching/VLAN/Routing/Firewalling Support  
  • 5+ years’ experience - Server Hardware Technologies (CPU/RAID/SCSI) Support  
  • 5+ years’ experience - Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support  
  • The following certifications are preferred: MCSA/MCITP, CCNA/CCDA/CCVP/CCIE, VCP, Project+, Network+ 
  • Knowledge of firewall security, SAML, 2FA, IdP, VPN IPsec, TCPIP, DNS
