We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our client as a Service Delivery Coordinator, supporting their mission to deliver cutting-edge technologies and exceptional service to their customers.

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service execution and client satisfaction. You will work closely with technical teams to coordinate service delivery activities and support client interactions.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Support technical teams by coordinating schedules and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Assist in resolving incidents and problems, ensuring timely solutions and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and collaborate with technical teams to meet client expectations.
  • Contribute to risk management efforts by identifying and addressing potential service delivery risks.
  • Assist in budget management activities related to service delivery operations.

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a coordination or support role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of Network or Cloud-based solutions is a plus.
  • Relevant industry certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are beneficial but not required.
