Key Requirements:

  • Service Desk Engineering OR Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field: Whether you have hands-on experience or a strong educational background, we value your commitment to excellence.

Desirable Skills:

  • MSP / ISP Experience: Familiarity with Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Internet Service Provider (ISP) environments is a plus.

  • Network Troubleshooting (LAN / WAN / Firewalls): Your expertise in identifying and resolving network issues will make a significant impact.

  • Cisco CCNA or NSE Certifications: If you hold certifications, fantastic! If not, we're ready to invest in your professional development.
