  • Act as the first point of contact for users, providing 1st line support for network-related issues
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco routing, switching, and network security issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance the overall user experience

Experience & Skills 

  • A solid background in IT, with an understanding of network support principles
  • Excellent soft skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a user-friendly manner
  • Passionate about learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in networking technologies
  • Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
  • Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is advantageous
