- Act as the first point of contact for users, providing 1st line support for network-related issues
- Handle incidents, service requests, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco routing, switching, and network security issues

Experience & Skills
- A solid background in IT, with an understanding of network support principles
- Excellent soft skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a user-friendly manner

- Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
- Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is advantageous
