Responsibilities 

• You will be providing first class IT support to users across the firm's Microsoft Suite and Apple devices, as well as audio-visual technology
• You will be working in a fast paced environment, ensuring tickets are being managed and actioned accordingly
• You will be troubleshooting hardware and 1st line networking related tasks to ensure optimum efficiency of the firms infrastructure

Experience & Skills 

• Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 products such as Active Directory, Exchange and MDM
• The ability to manage time effectively and take ownership of tasks whilst also being able to work within a fast paced environment
• Fluent in English and French, written and verbally
• Microsoft certifications would be desirable for this role

Salary Details  

• Up to €65,000
