Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing triage and providing top-notch customer service.
  • Handle Ticket Management, ensuring efficient resolution of client issues.
  • Provide Application Support, showcasing your expertise in Microsoft Windows 10, Office suite, and Office365 Administration.

Skills/Must Have:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and other Microsoft Products (Office suite & Office365 Administration, End Point Management).
  • Proficiency in application, software, and hardware support.
  • Knowledge of Network troubleshooting including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Servers (2012, 2016, Azure), including Active Directory & Exchange on-premise and Exchange Online.
