Site Supervisor - Civils

You'll have the opportunity to play a crucial role as a Site Supervisor, contributing to a Tier 1 contract with National Highways and Balfour Beatty. 

With over 50 years of expertise in Highways Civils/Construction in the Southeast, this established company is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team.

1. You'll be at the forefront of Health & Safety, RAMs, and audits, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
2. You'll take charge of organising work, workers, and materials, ensuring smooth operations on the construction site.
3. You'll oversee contractors, making sure they align with project goals, and guarantee that permits and contracts are in place.

This position offers a competitive salary of £55,000, along with additional benefits, including half-days on Fridays, private healthcare, annual bonuses, and a provided vehicle with fuel.
