Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy scalable IP/Telco network solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of corporate, business, and SME customers.
- Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and telecommunication devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on IP/Telco network-related matters, providing technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing IP/Telco networks in a corporate or service provider environment.
- Proficiency in network routing and switching protocols, including but not limited to BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, and QoS.
- Hands-on experience with network security technologies and practices, such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access control policies.
- Strong understanding of telecommunication technologies and standards, including SIP, VoIP, PSTN, and ISDN.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
