Responsibilities 

• Engage with clients to understand their specific network and operational requirements.
• Architect end-to-end Operations Support Systems solutions, with a focus on utilizing Ansible for automation
• Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation for OSS projects
• Implement, configure, and optimize OSS components and systems, leveraging Ansible for automation tasks
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing support
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging OSS technologies, including Ansible best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OSS solutions
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members in Ansible automation

Experience & Skills 

• Proven experience in architecting and implementing OSS solutions in the telecommunications sector, with a focus on Ansible automation
• In-depth knowledge of OSS technologies and platforms, with expertise in Ansible
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with network management and monitoring tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications in Ansible and relevant OSS technologies (e.g., TM Forum Frameworx) are a plus
