As the Network Infrastructure Cabling Practice Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of network infrastructure cabling projects within our clients organization. 

This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of technicians, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the successful execution of cabling projects to meet client requirements. Additionally, you will maintain industry best practices, stay updated with emerging technologies, and provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
      • Lead and manage a team of network cabling technicians, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical support.
      • Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and identify training needs for team members.
  • Project Management:
      • Plan, execute, and monitor network infrastructure cabling projects from start to finish.
      • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather project requirements and develop project plans.
      • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise:
      • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
      • Provide technical guidance and support during project execution, reviewing designs and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Client Relationship Management:
      • Interact with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
      • Address client concerns and manage expectations effectively.
  • Process Improvement:
      • Assess and improve internal processes and workflows to increase efficiency and enhance service delivery.
      • Develop and implement standardized procedures and documentation.
      • Monitor key performance indicators to measure and improve team performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing network infrastructure cabling projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cabling systems and industry standards.
  • Project management skills and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as RCDD or CCNA are preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for learning and teaching within a team environment.
  • Good team player with a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility with working hours as projects require.
