Responsibilities 

• Manage and maintain internal systems critical to the company's operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance
• Implement and enhance CI/CD processes to improve deployment and release management
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and issue resolution
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly
• Perform system monitoring, capacity planning, and regular system updates
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide recommendations for system improvements.

Experience & Skills 

• Fluent in German (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with the team and stakeholders
• Strong experience with CI/CD processes and tools
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation
• A deep understanding of internal system architecture, networking, and security
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to system engineering tasks
