Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design tailored Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace and Azure Active Directory solutions
- Plan, configure, and deploy Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune
- Implement Azure Active Directory solutions, including identity management, single sign-on (SSO), and conditional access policies
- Provide escalated support for complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems
Experience & Skills
- MBO4 or HBO-level qualification
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune) and Azure Active Directory components
- Excellent Dutch communication skills to work with and support a range of Dutch customers
