- First-Line Support:
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other support teams to ensure swift problem resolution.
- System Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Monitor the performance of IT systems and proactively address potential issues.
- Conduct routine system checks and implem
- ent preventive maintenance measures.
- Identify and escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams.
- Shift Work:
- Participate in a rotating shift schedule to provide 24/7 support coverage.
- Ensure continuity of operations by collaborating with team members across different shifts.
- Respond to critical incidents during off-hours and weekends as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
- Generate regular reports on system performance and support activities.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.
- Customer Communication:
- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to users for issue resolution.
- Update users on the status of ongoing support tickets.
- Collaboration and Training:

- Proven experience in a systems engineering or IT support role.
- Fluent in German with excellent communication skills.
