Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, and integration of AV equipment, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Conduct on-site training sessions for clients, ensuring they are well-versed in the operation of the installed AV systems.
• Play a crucial role in conducting site surveys and providing valuable sales engineering support, contributing to the growth and development of the business.
• You will be involved in the integration, testing, configuration, and troubleshooting of IP and ISDN networks, ensuring the smooth operation of the AV systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the audiovisual industry, with hands-on exposure to AV systems, audio, and processors.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage projects from initial site survey to completion.
• CTS certification and Top Secret clearance preferred, showcasing your commitment to excellence and security in the AV industry.

Salary:  

• $60,000 - $105,000
