Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the infrastructure
- Carrying out 2nd level infrastructure support
- Maintaining, developing and optimizing the system environment
- Monitoring, problem analysis and developing efficient solutions for the infrastructure to be managed
- Planning, preparing and executing projects
- Creating and maintaining documentation
Experience & Skills
- Experience as an IT system support or administrator, ideally completed vocational training or studies in the IT sector
- Knowledge of system and network administration
- Knowledge of administration of Windows servers and clients
- Knowledge of IT security
- Enjoy working with IT systems, have a high level of technical understanding, have the ability and willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies and expand your knowledge to various areas
- High commitment and service orientation
