As a System Engineer and Automation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of providing Tier 2-level support for global IT infrastructure platforms and applications. Engage with top professionals in the industry, work with cutting-edge technologies, and excel in a dynamic environment that fosters growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot diverse incidents spanning web services, platforms, infrastructure, network, security, telecomm, and applications.
• Provide technical guidance to the Incidents Coordinators team and collaborate with specialized teams like Network Administrators, Security, DevOps, etc.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and escalate potential systems issues to internal or external teams for resolution.
• Continually enhance technical aptitude and service knowledge.
• Automate standard operating procedures when feasible.

Skills/Must-Haves:

• Proficient troubleshooting abilities encompassing Linux/Unix, MS Windows Server 2012/2016, and shell bash scripting.
• Thorough understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, routing, LAN, and WAN.
• Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Icinga, Nagios, or equivalents.
• Quick and agile learner in diverse technological environments.
