Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
- Design, deploy, monitor, and support customer solutions
- Accept assignments and enter updates into the online ticketing system for ticket resolution and time tracking
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an infrastructure support role as a system engineer
- Knowledge and experience with VMware
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Extensive system experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Online Services
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure
