We are partnered with a company that is a UK-wide group of ICT (Information & Communications Technology) experts enabling businesses to work smarter through technology. They specialise in the design, implementation, and support of a range of Cloud services and business applications including I.T. managed services, I.T. infrastructure support, hosted collaboration, and mobile communication solutions.
We are now recruiting for a Technical Field Engineer to join their team of experts.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in 1st, 2nd & some 3rd-line technical support to client's, dealing with support queries.
- Resolving customer and IT issues both remotely and with onsite visits where required.
- Provide troubleshooting for server & network infrastructure support.
- Perform server and infrastructure maintenance.
- Assist in project work such as server replacements, O365 implementations & migrations, AV and Firewall implementations, and PC/Laptop Installs and migrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Internet connectivity & Wi-Fi issues.
Must Have's:
- 3/5+ Years Experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Products - O365 / Active Directory / Windows
- Networking Fundamentals - Routing Protocols
- Driving License
- Happy to travel
Nice to Haves:
- MSP experience
- Field Experience
- Security: Firewalls / Web filters / Advanced Protection
Salary:
- £28,000 - £35,000 Basic Per Annum
- Company transport provided
Location:
- Lake District Area - Primarily around Staveley
- Potentially have to do UK wide travel in the future
