Due to the nature of the role, it will be a mix of office-based remote support work as well as global travel for customers on superyachts


Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical work on superyachts, including break fixes, network refreshes, and upgrades.
  • Provide 1st, 2nd, or 3rd line support during yacht travel, based on your level of ability.
  • Collaborate with a senior engineer on all physical tasks, ensuring a cohesive and efficient workflow.
  • Receive extensive training to enhance your proficiency in the maritime technical support domain.

Skills/Must have:

  • Cisco / Aruba Network Support Experience
  • Strong soft skills for effective communication and collaboration.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on installation experience.
  • Satellite technology experience.
  • Server and desktop support experience.

Salary:

  • £30,000 - £50,000 basic per annum, based on your experience
