We are partnered with a global mobile operator looking for two project coordinators for an initial 3/6 contract assignment.
As a Telecom Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of their telecom projects, which encompass network infrastructure upgrades and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will be instrumental in coordinating and executing projects seamlessly, contributing to their mission of providing exceptional telecom services to their customers.
Contract details:
- Duration: 6 months (Scope for extension)
- Location: Remote
- Commencement Date - ASAP
- Daily Rate: £350-£450 per day
- Determination: Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for telecom projects.
- Coordinate the deployment of telecom equipment, resources, and contractors to support project objectives effectively.
- Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential bottlenecks or delays, and proactively implementing measures to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment and promptly resolving any issues that may arise.
- Support quality assurance processes and conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in project coordination within the telecom industry, with a strong understanding of telecom networks and infrastructure.
- Strong networking understanding
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
