We are hiring NOC Engineers to join them and support their clients' networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 support in a 24/7 shift pattern (4 on 4 off)
- Monitor and maintain network operations to ensure high availability and performance.
- Respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Work closely with clients to understand and address their network requirements.
Must Have's:
- Experience in NOC Engineering.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies.
- CCNA certification or BSc in Computer Science, Networks, or Security.
Nice to Have's:
- Experience in an MSP/ISP environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary with shift allowance - £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
