Experience & Skills 

• Customer facing skills - Consultancy 
• Microsoft Telephony Solutions - Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing 
• Microsoft Teams Certifications - MS700 / MS720 / Microsoft 365 Voice Engineer Expert 
• Skype / 8*8 / Ring Central / Zoom (desirable)

Salary Details  

• £70k basic
