Are you a Voice specialist looking for a new opportunity?
We are seeking a talented and experienced Voice Engineer to join a dynamic professional services team.
As a Voice Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining voice solutions comprising Contact Centre & Cloud-based Voice applications (Webex or MS Teams)
You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and deployments, driving the success of collaboration projects.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, and manage Voice solutions, including Cisco Webex or MS Teams.
- Deploy, and manage Contact Centre solutions.
- Configuration of Session Border Controllers.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and configurations to ensure the optimal performance of Voice environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Voice ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.
Required skills & experience:
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Webex Meetings or MS Teams,
- Strong knowledge of Contact Centre Solutions
- Experience in Configuring Session Border Controllers
