Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for customers experiencing issues
- Troubleshoot and monitor the network
- Carry out hardware and software updates on the network
- Onboard new users on to the system
Experience & Skills
- Experience in a service desk
- The ability to communicate well in Dutch and English
- Good communication skills
- Customer service experience
- MBO or HBO level IT study
Salary Details
- €2,500-€3,000 gross per month
- 7 month fixed term contract- with a view to permanent one
